IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We want you to dress up with us, so this is a formal, or black-tie optional affair. We kindly request you to wear black attire. Please keep in mind all events will take place outdoors.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. & Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/PLUS ONE?

We please ask that you do not bring a plus one unless we have formally given you permission to do so. When you go to RSVP, you can see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends :)

WILL THE CEREMONY, RECEPTION. AND AFTER PARTY BE AT THE SAME LOCATION?

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party will take place at the Broadmoor. However, some of the events will take place at different locations on the property.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there will be valet parking at your expense.

WILL THERE BE SHUTTLE SERVICES TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

At this time, we do not have shuttle services in place and it is likely we will NOT provide transportation to and from the venue. With the Courtyard by Marriott being a five minute drive to the Broadmoor, we hope this is not a huge inconvience.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP by August 18th. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We have to provide total guests counts to the venue in a timely manner and due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's. We appreciate your understanding.
