Kindly RSVP before May 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as ‘no’ as we will be sending final headcount’s to vendor’s shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal Garden Party Attire. We recommend cocktail dresses & button down shirts! The wedding will be inside and air-conditioned. Although, we will have games outside, so maybe re-think stilettos.
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your RSVP tab. When you go to RSVP, you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Please contact the bride or groom with requests for a plus one.
Both will be held indoors. However, we will have games and pictures outside.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The Venue at Stonebrook Meadows agrees. As such, they will allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning by 9am. We recommend using rideshare apps (Lyft, Uber) for transportation if you plan on drinking.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 5:45-6:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, please wait outside until the ceremony has concluded. If this happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you there. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please (pick a seat not a side)! For the reception we will also have open seating, so please sit wherever you feel comfortable!
Yes, there is complementary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue, just follow the dirt road until you reach the brown barn!
