The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask that our guests arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Huntersville traffic can be very heavy, so please take this into consideration when planning your drive to the venue.

Yes! The Ivory Barn has a large gravel parking lot directly next to the event space. There are a few paved handicapped parking spots as well.

We invite our guests to dress up with us! Our dress code is Semi- Formal attire. For gentlemen, suits or dress slacks with a sports coat are appropriate. For the ladies, consider cocktail/midi length dresses or dressy separates! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, so please take the colder weather into consideration as well.
