Our Wedding

Our Story

Our journey together has been full of love, adventure, and countless memories. But there’s one moment that stands out above the rest—our engagement. It all began with a dream we both shared: to travel the world. So, we packed our bags and set off on our first international adventure to Italy, a country neither of us had ever been to before. On the last full day of our trip, Christopher had one more surprise in store for me. We had been exploring the northern region of Italy, from Venice to Verona, soaking in the sights and sounds of this charming, historic place. Little did I know, he had planned something truly special. We made our way to the top of the Torre dei Lamberti, one of the tallest and oldest (constructed in the 12th century) towers in Verona, where we had a breathtaking view of the Italian Alps and the city below. As we stood there, taking it all in, Christopher turned to me with the most perfect smile and asked me a question I had been waiting for, but never quite expected in that moment: “Holly, will you marry me?” The world seemed to stand still. I was overcome with emotion, surrounded by the beauty of Verona, the history of Italy, and, of course, the love between us. Without hesitation, I said “yes,” knowing with all my heart that this was the moment I had been dreaming of—spending forever with the person who makes every day feel like an adventure. We were engaged in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, what is known as the city of love, and we couldn’t have been more excited to begin this new chapter of our lives together. Our engagement was the perfect start to what we know will be a lifetime of love, travel, and cherished memories. Thank you for being part of our story and sharing in this next chapter with us!
