Our Wedding

Our story began in March of 2020, right before Covid started. I was with my friend Lindsey Ann (Jenkins) when one of our friends Hunter (Franklin) snapped her and said "I found a man for Holly". Hunter got Colton to add me on Snapchat and we hit it off instantly. We talked through the week and that Friday he asked me to come to a bonfire at one of his friends (Cody &amp; Embrey Jackson) house and I thought well, why not. I went but got nervous and stayed inside most of the night with the girls. The next night Colton asked me to come to Hunter &amp; Marlie's house to hang out. I went and lost all of his money playing poker. That next week we went into lockdown for quarantine and it was Colton's birthday. We cooked a lot, watched a lot of movies, and played a lot of games. I also met his parent's that first week and to say I was nervous is an understatement. From the first time I met them, I realized they were a lot like my family and a family I wanted to be a part of. Skip to July of 2021.. We went to the beach with our friends who we consider our second family. That Thursday we were getting ready to go to dinner and everyone decided to go to the beach and take family pictures. I was in shock because Colton was actually wearing a collared shirt but I just figured it was because we were going to dinner. Mrs. Lisa told Colton and I it was our turn to take a picture and I told Hannah to get in and take one with us. After that Mrs. Lisa was like ok just you two and I should have known what was happening because about 30 people were gathered in a huddle watching and recording but I had NO IDEA. I was IN SHOCK, but of course I said YES! I am so thankful for our matchmaking friends that decided we would be perfect for one another. We have been through so much together in such a short amount of time. Colton has supported me and been by my side through everything. There is no doubt he is going to make the best husband and I wouldn't want to do this life with anyone else! We want our wedding day to celebrate our life together while surrounded by our family and friends. We envision our special day filled with lots of love, laughter, good food, drinks, and dancing.
