When should I RSVP by?
Formal invitations will be sent out later in the year! To help us with planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by January 26th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this specific date, we will have to mark you as a “no”. We need time to provide the venue with a head count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand!
How do I RSVP?
Once you receive the formal invite, you can RSVP through the website at any time under the RSVP section of the website!
Where is the ceremony and what time will the ceremony start?
The ceremony will be held at La Luna Banquet Hall in Bensalem, PA - same venue as the reception. The ceremony will start at 5 pm with cocktail hour to follow immediately after.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Arriving to the venue about 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts is a great idea to be sure you’re able to find the venue, parking, and settle in comfortably.
What time does the reception start?
Our reception will start at 6:30 pm and end at 10:30 pm.
Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors as long as weather permits. March can be a month filled with all the seasons, so please dress appropriately! The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We want our guests to let loose and have fun so get ready to celebrate!
What are my reception dinner options?
We will be serving dinner buffet style! There will be a variety of entrees to choose from as well as sides & desserts.
Can I bring a date or plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those written on the formal invitation. If you receive a formal invitation addressed to you “and guest” or you and your partner, you are allowed to bring a plus one. We’re sorry if this is an inconvenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
Can my children come?
As much as we love little ones, this is an adults only ceremony with the exception of our ring bearer & those named on the formal invitations. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal or cocktail! For men, we ask that you wear suits with the option of a jacket and tie/bow tie. For women, we ask that you wear a dress (floor length, midi, knee height) or a jumpsuit/pantsuit.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
We know some of our guests will be coming from neighboring cities/states and may have a small commute! If you have a bit of a drive and would like to stay the night locally, hotel recommendations are located under the travel portion of the website.
Select rooms have been reserved for the night at the Hampton inn and suites located on 3660 Street road Bensalem, PA 19020. You will be able to book by following the link under the travel portion of the website. Please reference the Holzer/Stockett wedding or reference code HSW when booking.
As a second or third option, you can stay at the Courtyard Philadelphia Bensalem or the Holiday Inn express both located in Bensalem, PA - each a 10 minute drive from the venue. Feel free to browse other options in the area as well!
Will there be transportation?
No transportation will be provided since the ceremony & reception are located at the same place. Hotel options are within 10-15 mins away from the venue so please plan accordingly.
Is there any parking on site?
Yes! There’s plenty of parking in the lot located out front of the venue. However, spots may fill up quickly & there is limited street parking. If you choose not to drive to the venue, please allow time to call ubers or lyfts.
Are you registered?
Yes! We are registered at Amazon.
Who can I contact with any additional questions?
Please contact the maid of honor, Jessica Holzworth, the mother of the bride, Elle Holzer, or the mother of the groom, Linda Stockett, with any additional questions.
