As we finalize the last details, we wanted to share some important information to ensure your smooth and enjoyable experience.

For Guests Staying at the Hotel:

Shuttle departure time: 4:00 PM

Arrive at Calamus Estate Winery: 4:25 PM.

This timing will allow you to savor a drink, explore the stunning surroundings, and comfortably find your seat before our ceremony begins at 4:45 PM.

For Guests Not Staying at the Hotel

As we celebrate in the heart of wine country, please be mindful of potential traffic delays, especially on a Saturday. We recommend checking your route in the morning to ensure a timely arrival.

Parking

Cars can be parked overnight at the venue, but please retrieve them by 11:00 AM the following morning.

Night Shuttle Service: Two shuttles will be available for your convenience, going to Hampton Inn.

First shuttle: Departs at 10:30 PM

Final shuttle: Departs at 12:30 AM

Is There a Dress Code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies, be mindful of shoes, as part of the venue is outside.

Can I Bring a Guest?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest Name} if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are Kids Invited?

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We want you to take the night off with us and take this as a date night!

Will There be an Open Bar?

Oh YES! Please drink on us! However, the bar will be closed during certain times throughout the evening, which we will let you be aware of then.
