What should I wear?
For men, please wear a suit and tie
For women, please feel free to wear cocktail dress, midi dress, or skirt/pants with a nice blouse.
Please no jeans or shorts.
When is the RSVP deadline?
March 31st
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be outdoors. The ceremony will be overlooking the beautiful vineyards, it may be advised to wear wedge shoes to not dig into the grass at the ceremony or wandering around the grounds.
Will the wedding ceremony and reception be held at the same location?
Yes! The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at Longleaf Vineyard.
Will there be on-site parking?
Yes! Longleaf has a parking lot for 40 vehicles a Longleaf staff member will be directing parking traffic for the Event.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes! We have two hotels with blocked rooms that you are welcome to use: The Hilton Garden Inn and AC Marriott hotels in downtown Asheville, NC. Please see the Travel tab for more info on how to book.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel(s) for the wedding?
Yes! We are planning to have shuttles take guests from the hotel blocks to the venue and return guests to the hotels at the end of the night. Please fill out the questionnaire on the RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle service.
Are there any colors or styles you would prefer me to wear?
Not particularly. The wedding will be in a vineyard in the spring time. Feel free to choose florals and spring time colors.
