Eric and I met at Appalachian State in February of 2018. We were seniors at the time and didn't know what we were getting ourselves into.

Although Eric and I did not know what the future held for us, we knew that we enjoyed each other's company.

Eric and I spent time getting to know each other before we both graduated.

We enjoyed hiking together, taking boomer on walks, going for drives on the parkway and camping! (This was our very first camping trip)

With Eric moving to Utah for the summer after graduation...

and me starting my internship in Charlotte after graduation, we decided to part ways.

Eric started his Masters program at Clemson and I moved to Wisconsin for another Internship.

One day while I was in Wisconsin, I got a call from Eric. It was out of the blue because we hadn't spoken in 4 months. As we talked, it felt like no time had passed at all.

Our paths crossed again at the Appalachian State Homecoming Game in 2019. That day we decided no matter the distance between us, we were going to be together.

While I finished my internship in Wisconsin and Eric was in school at Clemson, we did long distance. This picture was from our trip to Chicago together.

Once I moved back home to the South, we introduced each other to our families.

Eric introduced me to one of my favorite places, Edisto Island, where we spent the 1st of many New Years Eves with family and friends.

For the next two years, we did long distance. Traveling between Charlotte NC and Clemson SC.

In 2020, Eric moved to Charlotte and started his job at Gavel and Dorn Engineering.

During our time in Charlotte together, we have made so many amazing friends, tried new things, eaten great food and started building our lives together.

Labor Day weekend 2022, Eric asked me to do forever with him. Still, we don't know what the future holds, but this is our greatest adventure yet!
