Our Wedding

God is so good! 

We have Gateway Church and the Adults Softball league to thank for the sweetest, God-designed story. In spring of 2024, Holly was placed on the "Lord of the Swings" Gateway adult softball team, coached by the "Kyles." One of these Kyle's, had a roommate named Jonathan.We were "officially" introduced to each other on March 14 after a softball game at BoomerJacks. We quickly became friends after we went to a NASCAR race with a few of our friends about a month later in April. We were fast friends and always texting or sending each other funny Facebook videos. (IYKYK)Jump to June of 2024 and we had become best friends. All summer long, we heard "Are you guys dating? "Y'all are such a sweet couple." We spent many of our summer nights at our local Andy's ice cream shop, just talking for hours.Eventually on July 11th, we had "the talk" prompted by Holly and the thank goodness that the Lord gave her strength to do that. It is so sweet to see how far we have come. We stewed on and prayed about our conversation for about a week and eventually started dating on July 20.Since then, it has been more trips to Buccee's, Andys, baseball games and Disney World.He finally got to propose (I'm sorry for making you wait) on February 15th at Grapevine Lake. Now, were in the process of buying our first house and planning the most simple, sweet wedding possible. We are so thankful for everyone that has walked through and will continue to walk through our journey with us. We can't wait to celebrate with you soon! We love you all! Love, Holly and Jonathan
