Accommodations and Food Information

Come stay the weekend at camp with us!

So this is how it will work. If you want to stay at the camp, choose how many people in your party and for how many nights, We will offer 1 night or 2 night packages (more information below), please indicate your choice when you follow the link to the payment/reservation site.

As for the accommodations themselves, ok we’ll be frank, it ain’t the Four Seasons. It’s a summer camp, which means dorm-style cabins and bunk beds. However, the cabins are nicely rustic and clean. There is electricity and bathrooms in each cabin. (Linens and towels are provided.)

We will be assigning cabins and bunkmates but please feel free to let us know who you might like to bunk with. We hope that what you’re giving up in creature comforts will be made up for by having 24 hour access to the camp, lake and all the activities we’re planning.

We would love to have as many friends and family stay at the camp with us so we can see as much of you as possible! In order to help you make your decision we have included a link to the camp's virtual tour from their website (https://tours.829llc.com/cody/).You will also find photos of the camp we took on a recent visit in the "Photos" section of our wedding site. 2 Night Package - Friday and Saturday nights; includes cabin lodging, linens, towels and breakfasts Saturday and Sunday morning. Check in starts on Friday at 4:00pm. Checkout on Sunday by noon. $150/person

1 Night Package - Saturday night only; includes cabin lodging, linens, towels and breakfast on Sunday. Check in any time. Checkout on Sunday by noon. $75/person

For Those Staying Off-Site-

For folks staying off-site who are also planning to spend the day at the camp with us, you are welcome to purchase breakfasts so that you can eat with us at the camp. The available meals are Saturday and Sunday brunch. Lunch will be provided for all. Due to issues of organization, meals will not be able to be purchased directly on-site. The meals will be $15 each.

Food and Beverage

Alcohol is on us for the whole weekend! Due to state licensing restrictions, only beer, wine, and hard seltzer will be available, we ask that you do not bring any hard alcohol on site. Hey, it's a long weekend, pace yourselves!

THIS IS A NUT FREE FACILITY, please do not bring any food items that contain nuts on site.

Breakfast is provided both Saturday and Sunday mornings for those staying at the camp. Folks staying off-site have the option to eat breakfast at the camp so they don't have to miss any of the action.

Provided Meals:

Everyone is invited to the Rehearsal Dinner Cookout Friday Evening.

Lunch on Saturday is provided for all and of course the main event dinner at the reception Saturday evening.

We will make every effort to accommodate vegetarians and food allergies but please let us know of these on the RSVP form so we can work with you and the camp to figure out the best solution.

Please know that your well wishes and presence at our wedding are gifts enough, but if you would like to donate to either of our cash funds, any little bit is appreciated!
