Chris and Holly met through friends and a few incidental events. Holly thought she met Chris on an EMS call and they became FB friends (Holly was wrong). A bit goes by and Chris gets a call to help a friend with a flat tire. When Chris arrived, he met a drunk woman fighting a tire and asking for a screwdriver and hammer. The locking lug was NOT cooperating. Chris introduced himself and while slightly embarrassed, Holly enjoyed Chris’s “awesome music choices” and accepted the ride home. A friendship started, and basic conversations were constant. Finally in May of 2020, Chris asked Holly if she’d like to hang out together. Nervous, Holly didn’t answer for a few hours and later in the evening she sent a “Sorry was busy and didn’t get to respond. It’s late now, but we can figure something out” text. Chris in the mean time had called it a night and went to bed. Fate struck when I structure fire was toned out and Chris was up! While the fire turned out to be something small, Chris has seen the message from Holly and responded. Full of adrenaline, he knew he wouldn’t be getting to sleep soon, so why not go visit Holly? Using Top Gun’s epic move, Chris said, “I can be there in a little over an hour or 25 mins if you let me use your shower.” 30 mins later, Chris arrived to find Holly sitting on her living room floor in sweats, eating wings like only she can do, and watching The Office. He showered, they talked, he rest is Love History.
