Jared and Hollyn both grew up in Lynch, Nebraska and have know each other from the beginning. Jared actually taught Hollyn swimming lessons, so one could say that is how they 'met'. Jared graduated from Lynch High School in 2007 and Hollyn graduated from Lynch High School in 2015.

Their love story began in May of 2024. Jared lived in Lincoln, Nebraska at the time and worked for Bauer Underground with Hollyn working for Wm. Krotter Co. as a draftsman, residing in Lynch. They spent many hours on the road, visiting each other on the weekends. Jared moved back to Lynch in March, where he started working for the Grande Prairie Windfarm. Jared proposed to Hollyn in on April 26th at Topgolf in Omaha, surrounded by friends & family.

They are both excited to begin their forever together, with their Boston Terrier, Linus!
