Q + A

When should I RSVP?

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you are able so we can coordinate the day and vendors. Our deadline to RSVP is December 1st, 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we will have to count you as a 'no'. To RSVP, simply click on the 'RSVP' tab and follow the written steps.

Can I bring more than my plus one?

As we are trying to keep the day intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Where should I stay?

More information about sleeping accommodations can be found under the 'Travel' tab. There are several hotels with rooms blocked for the occasion. Airbnb is also available for those who prefer it.

What should I wear?

We ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Slacks, Khakis, dress shirts, jackets, dresses, pantsuits, rompers, etc. are encouraged. We do understand that it may be cold, so please prioritize dressing for the weather if necessary.

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Manhattan, KS. A reception will follow beginning at 4:30pm at Triple B Ranch North of Wamego.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

We encourage guests to check in to their sleeping accommodations. From the Church to the venue, guests should expect a 35-minute drive. Light refreshments will begin at 4:30pm at the venue with dinner to follow at 6:00pm.

Can I bring my own food or drinks to the reception?

Food and drink will be provided at the reception with a limited open bar. We request that guests refrain from bringing their own food or drinks, but we understand if guests have dietary restrictions and are required to.

How do I get home from the venue?

If you've had too much fun at the reception and are not able to drive, Uber and Lyft do pick ups at the venue. We have received prior approval for overnight parking. If you use Uber or Lyft, which we encourage you to do so if needed, we ask that vehicles are picked back up before Noon the following day. WE HIGHLY REQUEST THAT GUESTS DO NOT OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Although we are hoping for good weather, that is not always the case. In the event of moderate weather, we will proceed with the day. We ask that you prioritize your safety and use your best judgement on whether or not to attend. In the event of severe weather, we will move the date to an available weekend that accommodates all the vendors, venue, and Church. We hope that you are still able to join us, however, we understand if that is not possible. The home page of the wedding site will be updated according to the forecast if the event is rescheduled/delayed or proceeding as planned.

What if I have a question that is not listed?
