We are having a welcome party in place of a rehearsal dinner and all wedding guests are invited! Meet us upstairs in the Valley Hotel's Red Mountain Ballroom. Dinner will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Our ceremony will take place outside the barn under the pergola. A cocktail hour with a jazz trio and passed hors d'oeuvres will follow in the bar area of the barn. We are having an open bar. The seating chart will be set up so guests will have time to find their table numbers. Dinner starts at 6:30 inside the main room of the barn. Dinner will be a buffet of spring greens salad (V/GF), roasted potatoes (V/GF), roasted vegetables (V/GF), beef short ribs (GF), chicken breast (GF), mushroom pasta (V), and yeast rolls. Kids plates will be chicken tenders with rice and green beans. Tea and coffee will be available. Don't forget to take a polaroid for our guestbook sometime during the night! Send-off will be around 8:45. Grab an antique bell from the Saved by the Bells table to ring as the bride and groom make their getaway. Our band, Emerald Empire Band, will be MCing the night. So, don't worry! Y'all won't have to remember much of this!
