Our venue offers onsite lodging for 150 guests. It is a 2 night minimum stay but what’s better than getting to celebrate all weekend long! The dates would be July 26th-28th. 4-6 cabins will be already booked for the wedding party. We recommend booking ASAP!

There is parking right by the venue so no transportation is needed! If you are planning to stay onsite at the wedding venue, the cabins are walking distance to the wedding venue or you can always drive! If you stay elsewhere, we highly encourage you to get an Uber.

Please arrive at 4:00. The exchange of wedding vows will begin at 4:30.

We will not be providing food except for the reception dinner so please bring snacks or any other food options you would like for the remaining meals if you plan on staying on-site the venue. There is also many great restaurants around the Fredericksburg area which you can leave at any point in time to go eat at your desired spot.

The rehearsal dinner will take place on July 26th but it is strictly for close family and wedding party only. We will notify you if you are to attend this dinner. We plan to celebrate with everyone after the dinner is over!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
