Hope and Evan met briefly by chance in Greensboro, NC for five minutes on September 3, 2017. Never thinking the two would see each other again due to Evan living in Arizona, the two smiled and parted ways. A week later, perhaps this time by fate, the two met again in a small bar in the same city and have been together even since. Sweetly nicknamed, "Heaven" by friends, the couple met in North Carolina, had their first official date in Arizona, became a couple in Tennessee, bought their first home together in Georgia, got engaged in South Carolina, and are coming full circle to marry in Arizona.
