The Washington Woodland Estate, built in 1989 is an exquisite six-acre country estate, just outside Gig Harbor, Washington in the Kitsap Peninsula. The property originally named the Bear's Lair, was developed by Giulio and Jenny Santori. They lovingly built and cared for the Estate until 2019, when Mark and Donna McNeal purchased the property.

While maintaining the existing Bed and Breakfast and the luscious, green surroundings, the McNeal’s had a dream to expand the amenities offered to guests. They will be adding Health and Wellbeing Programming that includes personalized nutrition and exercise plans, along with an upgraded Event Venue to attract a new clientele looking for a unique setting for corporate events along with the traditional wedding, shower, reunion or family gathering.
