What to Wear to a Casual Wedding Men: dress pants/khakis, with button down or collared shirt and no tie, sweater or sports coat as weather permits. Women: dress pants, knee/mid-length dresses and skirts, or nice jumpsuit. Nice sweater or cardigan as weather permits. Ideally no stiletto type heels, as we will be in a backyard.
