BRING CASH! You can exchange your currency to Thai Baht once you arrive in Thailand. Cash is KING in Koh Tao so be prepared to use cash for everything! ATMs are on the island but it is best to be prepared and bring cash with you!

Thailand has both European and US plug outlets. For our Australian family, you will need to bring an American or EU Adapter for your plugs.

You will get a VISA ON ARRIVAL at Customs in the BANGKOK Airport. Don't stress this one at all; the agent will give you the right visa when you arrive. All you do need a valid passport.

Think about packing as a less is more situation! The lighter you pack, the easier the travel will be! We will send a packing list out as we get closer to the wedding, but remember, you're on a beach in Thailand...you don't need anything but a few bathing suits, sundresses, and sunglasses! We do recommend leaving the high heels behind, and ensure you have a hat and sunscreen packed!

Getting around on Koh Tao is easy! The majority of citizens and tourists rent scooters but if you don't feel comfortable on a scooter, we are providing taxi services for you all week long!
