Our Wedding

Gage and I started dating on May 11th, 2020, meeting right at the beginning of the pandemic. We had both lived in Naples since we were young and went to rival high schools, one year apart, but never met until 2020. I was about to graduate from high school virtually and Gage had just been sent home from his freshman year at Embry Riddle because of Covid. Our first date was at Straight from NY Bagels, where we ran into my high school math teacher, who helped us break the ice and alleviate some of our nerves. That first date we sat in Gage's car and talked for almost four hours. For the next four months we spent almost everyday together, knowing we were going back to school in the fall. For the next two years we were long distance, me in Jacksonville or Naples and Gage in Daytona Beach. We spent every weekend and break together that we could, while also balancing school and work. December 31st, 2020, Gage gave me a promise ring, promising that one day he would propose. May 19th, 2021, we adopted Boba Fett Ward, our very chunky, first fur baby. In June 2022, we decided that the best thing for us, was for me to move to Daytona so we could be together everyday and we moved in with three of our best friends. On December 31st, 2022, two years after giving me my promise ring, Gage proposed! We are so thankful that we found each other and for this life we share together and cannot wait to celebrate our wedding with you on July 8th, 2023!

The Riverside Lodge at Chimney Rock

Travel

Chimney Rock State Park has hiking trails, lookout points and picnic areas. Friendly for all ages and has an elevator up to the main lookout point level. Admission is $17 per adult, $8 youth age 5-15, and free for ages 4 and under.

Chimney Rock State Park

This unique and historic bridge was built in 1925 and closed to the public in 2011 to be preserved and cultivated as a walking garden. The gardens home 2000 different plant species that change through the seasons. It's a beautiful pet-friendly walk and photo op. Admission is free all day every day!
