You can fly into Sacramento, Oakland or San Francisco. Sacramento is around 20 miles closer to Sonora but San Francisco is a prettier drive.

It is Black Tie so formal. Suits and Tuxedo's for the men. The girls can wear gowns or long cocktail dresses, doesn't have to be black in color.

No kids allowed.

There will be two shuttle pick ups. Please meet at main entrance to hotel lobby at 2PM at Black Oak Casino, if the shuttle is full there will be a second pick up shortly after. The pick up at Armory restaurant will be at 2:20, this is for anyone staying at the Knowles Inn.

11-4PM, We will meet at Lake Melones Marina 6503 Glory Hole Rd, Angels Camp, CA 95222. Lunch and drinks provided.

The Luau is at Union Hill Inn 6:30-9:30 and the attire is cocktail Luau attire.

You have to call directly to the Black Oak Casino and use our names Urbina/McBane room block to get our discount. We have over 50 room blocks so if you try and book online it says full.
