Yes, there will be a shuttle that picks up from the Fairfield and Courtyard by Marriot. See under Travel for pickup times and hotel.

Yes, we currently have our hotel block from Friday-Sunday but you are able to call the hotel to get the block discount for Thursday night as well.

Check in for both hotels is 3pm but please feel free to check in early due to shuttle times being prior to check in.
