Despite what some may say…there is much more to Central Florida than the theme parks. Here are some things you might like to do while you are in town.
Historic Winter Garden offers one of a kind shops, a number of restaurant, coffee shops and a super cool brewery. It also happens one of our favorite places and where we got engaged.
Disney Springs is a great way to get a dose of Disney without going to the parks. It offers an eclectic mix of unique boutiques, one-of-a-kind eateries, an array of entertainment as well as irresistible confectionery.
Leu Gardens is part of Orlando history. Harry Leu purchased this home in 1936. He flew all over the world bringing back exotic plants to create what now features a 50-acre botanical oasis.
One of the coolest (no pun) things of Central Florida are the natural springs. At Wekiwa Springs, the water is 72 degrees year-round. There are miles of trails for hiking, or take a swim when it gets hot and canoes and kayaks are available on-site.
If you forgot your lipstick, socks or even your wedding attire, you are covered.
