It all started with a big smile, a "good luck" and a "thank you ma'am" in the the dugout of the 2022 USA Futures in Oklahoma City. The next couple of weeks were filled with hours and hours of texts, face-times, snapchats, etc. A small town boy from Statenville, Georgia and a small town girl from Little Rock, Arkansas were falling in love. We knew it wasn't going to be easy with the long distance but we were determined to make it work. A month later, once worlds were finished Joe Joe decided to move to Arkansas. We stayed there for 6 months and then decided it was best for us to both move back to his hometown in Statenville. We knew sacrifices had to be made but there was nothing that was going to keep us apart. We now live in Statenville with our 3 dogs, Maddux, Kratos, and Dottie and are beyond happy! We are thankful for our families who have continued to support us throughout this transition! Who knew, we'd find our soulmate at a softball tournament?
