- For free beach parking, drive west to find the public beach access points!

- Do NOT go swimming under/ close to Pleasure Pier or next to a jetty. The current is VERY strong in those areas.

- If you find a stranded dolphin or whale call 1-800-9MAMMAL :)

- If you find a stranded sea turtle call 1-866-TURTLE-5

Free ferry ride from Galveston Island to Bolivar! Drive your car onto the ferry to island hop! We do NOT recommend visiting Bolivar the day of the wedding as the ferry wait times will likely be over an hour long and we don't want you to miss anything!

Pro tip: Get in line very early in the day for a shorter wait time. If wanting to park on Bolivar beach, visit Bolivar Beach Parking Sticker Program (crystalbeach.com).
