We met in the first few days of freshman orientation at UW Oshkosh. Kayla was in a new friend's room watching the Bachelor and Hunter was returning a screwdriver with his friend to the same room. Hunter saw Kayla and knew he wanted to get to know her because she was "so beautiful" so he pretended to like The Bachelor too. Soon after, Hunter asked Kayla for her number. Hunter and Kayla started hanging out daily and after about 3 months the rest is history.
