Two swipes and a global pandemic later, the rest is history. Kane was moving back to Wichita to begin his real estate career. Hunter was back in town while law school was being held virtually. After matching on Tinder, Kane asked Hunter to get dinner with him. On their first date they went to get their favorite food, Mexican, at Los Cocos in Andover. Instead of wedding crashers, Hunter's family acted as first date crashers by arriving at the restaurant. Thankfully, Hunter and Kane were finishing up their date. Lucky for Hunter, Kane was not scared away. Two weeks later, Kane told Hunter he loved her. They have lived in several places together including: Wichita, Tulsa, and Lawrence. They have become the most loving dog parents to Oliver and Ellie. Kane and Hunter love to travel together and spend time with friends and family. Four years after meeting, Kane finally asked Hunter to be his wife on his birthday May 18, 2024. When proposing to Hunter, Kane asked her if "her shoe was untied" (Hunter was in sandals). He then followed with, "are you ready for a lifetime of my bad jokes." Hunter gave a resounding yes! They are excited for what the future has in store and cannot wait to become husband and wife.

Met at birth and have been inseparable ever since. Taryn followed in her big sisters footsteps by attending Oklahoma State and pursuing a career in law. When Taryn isn't killing it in the courtroom, she is spending time with her fur children.

Devin and Kane met at Collegiate schools. Devin works as a master of Cox installations in Gainesville, Florida.

Hunter and MJ met as tiny tots at Wee Rockets Preschool. MJ works for the University of Kansas and is pursuing her M.B.A. 

MJ Cantrell

Clay and Kane also met during their time at Collegiate. Clay works as an engineer for Spirit where he is not allowed to tell us what he actually does.

Hunter and Carly met at Oklahoma State University where they were paired as big-little through their sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi. Carly works as an attorney in Houston, TX. Carly's fun fact is she drinks well with others!

Shiv and Kane met at Collegiate schools. Shiv is in residency in St. Louis, MO. When Shiv is not saving lives you may find him as his alter ego D.J. Dalla. Ask Shiv how he can make a beer disappear.

Hunter and Brittney met while working at Eskimo Joes in Stillwater, OK. They hit it off right away as friends and spent many nights on the strip and bingeing Schitt's Creek. Brittney currently lives in Savannah, GA. 

Brittney O'Steen

Jack and Kane also met during their time at Collegiate. Jack and Kane bonded over their love of skiing. Jack currently lives in Maine.

Hunter and Dara met through the friendship of Brandon and Kane. Dara works for Textron Aviation and lives here in Wichita, KS. 

Dara Lee

Brandon and Kane met during their time at Collegiate. Brandon works in the aircraft industry here in Wichita, KS. A fun fact about Brandon is his ability to juggle for at least ten seconds.

Hunter and Lauren are cousins and share a special bond. Lauren loves to spend time with friends, family, and TikTok.

Kane and Matt met while at Collegiate Schools in Wichita. Watch out Ed Sheeran, Matt could give you a run for your money. Matt lives in Wichita with his wife and daughter.

Jordan and Kane met at Collegiate schools. Jordan works as a Director of Operations and Creative Services here in Wichita, KS. 

Jordan Hull

Hunter and Greg met while at school in Rose Hill. Greg works as a Physical Therapist in Olathe, KS. 

Greg Tinkler 

Braydon is the brother of the bride and met Kane through Hunter. Kane is the brother Braydon never knew he needed. Braydon works as an auditor for KPMG in Des Moines, Iowa. Fun fact about Braydon is he cannot get past easy on Guitar Hero.
