Hunter and Lindy went on their first official date on December 29th, 2022. On that day Lindy told Hunter how much fun she thought first dates can be. Hunter suggested that they never stop going on first dates. He sent her a monthly recurring Google calendar invite with no expiration called “H&L First Date .


So each month in 2023, Hunter took Lindy on one extra special / extra fancy / extra fun “first date” that set apart from all the rest.


On their 13th first date, he had an extra special surprise. He told Lindy they were going to take a cute anniversary photo on top of this hill in Lindy’s neighborhood.


Once they reached the top of the hill, Hunter took Lindys hands and said, Lindy, I promise we are going to take a photo, but I have to ask you something really important.


After the proposal, Hunter told Lindy they had to go tell her mom, so they drove to her childhood home. Once they arrived Lindy saw tons of cars parked outside the house and knew Hunter had pulled all of their most important people together to celebrate their engagement.


This is just the start of a magical life together! They can’t wait for their next chapter! Praise God!
