Due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate to guests under the age of 10 years old.

We love our furry friends, however our dog is in our wedding so we cannot allow guests to bring their pets.

We invite you to be fully present during the ceremony and ask to put them away until the reception.

We can’t wait to host dinner for you. So we have chose to do a cash bar. Please bring cash to enjoy bar service.

We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate plus ones unless specifically named on the invitation.

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held just steps away in the barn at Hayvn at Hay River.
