We would like to see everyone dressed up for this fun occasion, so please wear semiformal attire. This includes things like suits, suit jackets and dress pants, jumpsuits and dresses.

When you RSVP, you will be able to see names included on your invitation. If there is no guest listed with your name, and you would like to bring someone, please reach out to Hunter and I. We are restricted due to venue capacity on how many guests we can have- so please reach out to us to get our approval beforehand so we can make sure everyone has a seat and a meal!

Yes, you may park at the venue. Please consider picking up your car fairly early the following day, as there may be another event.

Ideally, we would love to have our ceremony outdoors. There is a covered patio at the venue perfect for an outdoor ceremony. However, we know November can be quite chilly- so we will not have an official answer until the day of. With that in mind, make sure to bring a jacket or light blanket just incase!

Because we are paying for a professional photographer, we would prefer absolutely no phones during our ceremony or other means of photography.

Yes. The Avid will ask each guest when they check-in if they would like to ride the shuttle to the venue. They will then make departure times based on this and fill the slots in as each guest checks in. Spots will be limited, so plan accordingly. To ride the shuttle from the venue back to hotel, you must call the hotel before 10:45pm.
