Hunter Rogers, winner of best smile & mathematician, graduated from Poway High School

But, fortunately before he did, he signed her year book... it must be noted he did not in fact visit her in SLO ... :(

Little did he know, the girl who sat in front of him in math class had a very big crush on him.

But just 8 years later the tables turned. He expressed interest in her on the incredible "Hinge" dating app. And she confessed her high school crush (so cute, I know).

They rang in the New Year in Big Bear together!!

They went on their first hike... tgod poppa howe had a poncho for a very unprepared Hunter.

They went on their first road trip to Oregon and learned they were very travel compatible.

He supported her when she was sworn into her dream job - San Diego County Deputy District Attorney!

They spent their first real Christmas together as a family of 3.

Anza officially dubbed Hunter "dog dad".

They made their first adult purchases together :)

He introduced her to the incredible world of Stagecoach.

They unlocked the magic of the Vegas together - yes I am holding a rainbow stuffed animal teddy bear we won from the Excalibur arcade bc naturally that is where adults spend time while at the Vegas.

They did their first international trip together and she realized that she loved not only Hunter but the wonderful Rogers family as well.

They celebrated Savanah's newfound love of football at the temple of sportsball (aka Sofi Stadium).

Another Christmas in our cute little home.

Another New Year celebrated on the slopes with a McGriddle and some hash browns.

Funnel cakes, roller coaster rides, and a really good time at the Del Mar Fair :)

Disneyland was the most magical, together :)

Our first yurt-venture in Big Sur - we hiked, ate sushi caught that day, and drank our coffee with this incredible view. We'll be back!
