We want everyone to be comfortable and be able to bust a move on the dance floor, but please keep in mind this is a special day for us - Formal to Semi Formal attire is what we ask for people to wear.

Yep! There will be a free shuttle before cocktail hour to get to the Esplande Lakes running from 5PM-6PM and after the reception ends at 11:30 to return to the DoubleTree. Since the Hilton owns this shuttle it will run continuously until everyone is back at the hotel.

If you have any dietary restrictions please still choose a meal on your RSVP card and then contact Melissa at (815) 690-9435. We can have modifications made to any meal.

There will be some time in between the ceremony and reception when the wedding party is taking pictures. If you are staying at the DoubleTree feel free to go back to the hotel to catch the shuttle to Esplanade (there is a bar at the hotel if you want to start the party before cocktail hour). There will be a group of our friends meeting at Miller's Ale House if you want to hang out there! If you prefer to bum around Arlington Heights, check out the downtown area - you can't go wrong!

Everyone should know the answer to this one, absolutely! Whether you plan to stay at the DoubleTree or not all are welcome to join at the bar in the hotel lobby following the end of the reception. We will have a late night snack served there for everyone to enjoy!
