Our Wedding

Hunter and Cassidy met at Lake Area Technical College in the fall of 2021, where they happened to be neighbors at their first apartment in Watertown, SD. They went to school, parties, and even grocery shopping together. After their first year of school, they could say that they never went a day without seeing each other.Cassidy decided to move back home and Hunter stayed in Watertown for his second year of school. They reconnected in January of 2023. Hunter finally asked Cassidy to be his girlfriend after waiting 2 years, coming home from a trip in the Black Hills.

How We Met

Hunter and Cassidy went on their annual anniversary trip out to the Black Hills with their best friends Micah and CJ in January of 2024. They decided to get a cabin outside of Deadwood this January. CJ and Cassidy went downtown Deadwood very early in the morning on January 20th. While the girls were wine tasting and shopping, Micah and Hunter "went back to Rapid City" to get some keys they forgot. About an hour later, CJ and Cassidy got picked up by Hunter and Micah to head back to the cabin. Oddly enough, they must've really drove fast to Rapid and back. On our way back to the cabin, everyone was weirdly quite and Cassidy knew something was going on as she noticed Hunter's location at the cabin while they were downtown while they were suppose to be in Rapid. We got back to the cabin and Hunter grabbed Cassidy's hand and led her to a spot he set up for their engagement. Cassidy immediately said "no" over and over until Hunter got down on one knee. Her answer was quickly changed to an immediate yes.

Transportation

Foreman's Bus Company is providing transportation for our guest from Gateway Hotel &amp; Suites in Tea, SD to Twisted Pines in Parker, SD. &nbsp;The bus will leave at 3:00 p.m. from the hotel. The bus will return to bring guest back to the hotel, with leaving times at 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.&nbsp;
