Our Wedding

We don't actually know how we first met, we were only in Kindergarten after all. It was probably on the playground or in the cafeteria, either way we have considered ourselves to be the best of friends since the age of five. As we grew up, we shared many memories together from performing a dance to the Cotton Eyed Joe at our 4th grade talent show to rollerblading to TCBY in Marblehead for ice cream. We even had a brief romance in 7th grade! Throughout high school we stayed close friends sharing many classes together, attending sporting events, and hanging out at the beach on weekends. After senior year of high school, we went our separate ways for college, Patia went to Loyola in Chicago and Justin went to Bentley in Waltham. We always made sure to reconnect during the summers and winters off from school.&nbsp; The summer before our senior year of college, the Celtics were playing the Knicks in the 2013 NBA&nbsp;playoffs. After a few overpriced beers and some flirting at the game, we decided to go on an official date. From there our relationship took off. During our senior year of college and post grad, we were able to experience many different cities together from Swampscott to Chicago to Boston to New York and finally back to Swampscott. Our love has known no boundaries and has only grown stronger. We can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together as best friends and husband and wife!

Our Love Story

All ready for a romantic&nbsp;date night in the Seaport we got dressed up and headed into the city for dinner! Justin insisted on talking a nice&nbsp;stroll down the harborside walk since we were early for our reservation. After about 15 minutes walking in my 6 inch heels and wondering why we just HAD to go for this walk,&nbsp;Justin dropped down on one knee and asked me to marry him! And of course I said YES or you wouldn't be reading this right now. Out of the bushes popped Zak and Kristen, some of our incredible friends who captured the moment on camera : )&nbsp;After I got over my shock, we headed on to Mastro's Steakhouse for an amazing meal and celebratory bubbles.&nbsp; Little did I know but at home my sister, Grace and bridesmaid, Kiley were scrambling to get together a bag of my clothes, shoes, accessories and makeup to pass off to the next helper in line, groomsman Kyle. Kyle then high-tailed it to the Boston Harbor Hotel where groomsman&nbsp;AJ had set us up with a beautiful room and champagne. The surprises continued as Justin had planned a whole romantic weekend in Newport, RI to enjoy our engagement before telling everyone the great news! (other than some facetime to family and close friends of course).

The Hyannis Harbor Hotel is located on the Hyannis Waterfront close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and night life! Prices for rooms vary from $239-$299 per night with a 2 night minimum. Additionally, there is a $25 fee per night for parking.&nbsp;Call to make your reservation and ask for the Lindsey-Massey Wedding Block.&nbsp;

Bus will leave from the Hyannis Harbor Hotel at 4:00 PMPlease arrive prior to this time in order to ensure a timely departure.&nbsp;

The Craigville Beach Inn is located in centerville, between Osterville and Hyannis. It's right across the street from Four Seas Ice Cream (a definite must if you stay here) and a&nbsp;quick shuttle ride to the beach (which the hotel provides). Book online or call to get the 15% discount with our promo code LindseyMassey (case sensitive). They close for Winter (January-April) but you can always leave a message and they'll get back to you. 2 night minimum.

The Craigville Beach Inn

The Craigville Beach Inn is the last pick up location for our shuttles. Please expect their arrival time to be starting at 415 and the last shuttle will leave at 430. Please be ready by 415, as there may not be room on the final shuttle.&nbsp;&nbsp;

 





Returning Shuttles - towards the end of the evening, beginning at 9:30 PM a shuttle will continuous loop from the wedding to the hotels until 11 PM. Anyone staying later than that should plan to&nbsp;cab/uber/lyft!&nbsp;

Ocean view motel is steps away from Craigville beach! It's a great place to stay if you're looking catch some rays before the wedding!

Prices range from $166 to $333 per night and&nbsp;many rooms can fit up to 4 people ($20 fee pp over 2 people). A few of the suites even have a small kitchen. Each room has 1 parking spot only and there is a 2 night minimum.&nbsp;***Website does not reflect current availability***Give them a call to make your reservation!

We will have valet available should you choose to drive to the wedding.&nbsp;If you plan to cab/uber/lyft please keep in mind it is a busy weekend and wait time could up to 20 minutes after ordering one.&nbsp;Please tell the gatehouse you are here for the Lindsey/Massey Wedding.&nbsp; If you are able, please consider having your ride drop you off at the end of Sand Point for a quick 3 minute walk to the wedding as we live on a dead end and we are trying to minimize congestion. Trader Ed's:&nbsp;right around the corner from Hyannis Harbor Hotel, its a great place to go for frozen drinks and good tunes.&nbsp;

Torino Restaurant and Bar:&nbsp;good spot on a warm night to have a drink outside on Hyannis'&nbsp;main drag.
