We met at Covenant College at Swing Club during the spring semester of our sophomore year! We discovered we had a lot in common and began getting to know each other as friends during this time. We kept in touch over the summer, texting back and forth every couple weeks.

When junior year started, we began investing more time into our relationship. Both of us were Resident Assistants at the time, and we helped encourage each other in these challenging roles. On October 7, 2024, we started dating after spending the day together playing disc golf and going on a hike to watch the sunset.

As we grew closer during the next year and a half of dating, we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Iain planned a surprise proposal for March 22, 2025, and we began planning our future together!
