✔ Arrive on Time: The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive a little early.

✔ Dress Comfortably: The venue is outdoors with a poolside setting—wear light, breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes (grass & poolside areas make stilettos tricky!).

✔ Swimwear Etiquette: Please wear your formal outfit to the ceremony and bring your swimwear to change into afterward for the poolside fun.

✔ Bring a Light Cover-Up: The party will continue into the night, so a light shawl, wrap, or linen shirt may come in handy.

✔ Capture the Moments: Feel free to take photos and videos—just be mindful during the ceremony.

✔ Stay Hydrated & Enjoy: It’s a celebration—have fun, enjoy the food & drinks, and don’t forget to stay hydrated!

✔ Outdoor Setting: The entire event will take place outdoors at Tulum Lagoon Event Venue in Weslaco, TX. The ceremony will be primarily standing, but limited seating will be available for those who need it. If you require a seat, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to settle in before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

🏊‍♀️ Can I swim during the event?
Yes! The pool will be open AFTER the ceremony. Please bring a swimsuit and towel and use the restrooms to change before jumping in.


🍽️ What kind of food will be served?
We’ll have a variety of delicious food AND SNACK options available from 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM.


If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance!


🍹 Will there be an open bar?
We will have sodas and water available. If you’d like alcohol, feel free to bring your own (BYOB)!


👶 Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! Families are welcome, and we’d love to celebrate with all ages. Please keep an eye on little ones near the pool.
