We will have a 50 passenger shuttle bus make 2 trips from the hotel to the venue. The first shuttle will leave around 4pm and the second around 4:30pm. Please make sure you're at the hotel early enough to be able to make them, otherwise you'll have to find another way to the venue, I recommend rollerskates, I've heard they're making a comeback. But seriously, don't skip the first shuttle expecting to get on the second one. We will have the same shuttle bus make up to 3 trips back to the hotel after the reception to make sure everyone gets back to the hotel.
