BOOKING HOTEL ROOM(S) AT THE RESORT
We have organized a hotel room block with discounted room rates for wedding guests at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel- Riviera Maya, where all wedding events will be held. Please visit the "Hotel" tab on our website to learn more about the resort and the room types available. A note that the resort has both an Adults-Only ("Heaven") and Family ("Hacienda") side on the same property.
Our Wedding Planner and Travel Agent, Jay Bains, will be managing arrangements for the room block and we ask that guests please use the booking form below or schedule a call with Jay to complete your hotel booking. A $200 USD deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your arrival (i.e. mid-March 2025).
We encourage guests to book early to ensure you can access your preferred room type, and to please RSVP and book your hotel stay by January 15, 2025. The resort is also currently running a limited hotel-wide promotion for all guests in which you will receive complimentary resort credits you can put towards amenities such as golf, bowling, laser tag, the spa, etc. during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
We strongly encourage all guests staying at the resort to book through our wedding planner / travel agent to ensure you are recognized as part of our Wedding Group by the resort. This allows you to access the group rate, helps us with our planning and ensures there are no issues with guest access for our private wedding events on-site. If you have questions about this, please contact Ian and Akshay.
If you are not planning to stay at the resort and want to stay at alternative accommodation in the area, please advise Ian and Akshay of your plans as soon as possible. We have some flexibility with the venue to arrange day passes to attend our wedding ceremony day at the resort, but there is a maximum number of guests for which this can apply.
FLIGHTS AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Guests have the flexibility to book their own flights to Cancun International Airport via their preferred airline, with their points, etc. We encourage guests to be mindful of seat sales that may come up at certain parts of the year, such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday (November 29th / December 2nd).
