Ian planned our first date here! It was a wonderful experience, and not just because of the great company! It is a smaller aquarium - perfect for a half-day adventure. You can also walk around Newport on the Levee and enjoy some ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery.
The art museum is a beautiful getaway, and completely free of charge! You can also walk around Eden Park for some easy and lovely hiking.
Ault park has facilitated many special moments for us, even providing the spot where Ian proposed! We love to take some Saint Francis Apizza to picnic there, hike their short trails, and walk around to see all the beautiful plants, happy families, and dogs.
Enjoy a walk along the Ohio river, rent some red bikes for a ride, or play pickleball with the many courts available. The courts are divided into competitive and casual courts during pick-up play in the evenings.
The best soft-serve ice cream in our neck of woods. We've been for many hangs with our church friends and it makes a perfect post-pickleball treat. Ian recommends the butter pecan frostbite!
In our humble opinions, Abigail Street has some of the best food in Cincinnati. They offer sharable plates, so it's fun to go with a small group of fellow foodies. Our favorites include their moroccan spiced broccoli, sweet potato gnocchi, and ricotta and local honey.
If you stay in the area Saturday night, you would be warmly welcomed at our home church on Sunday morning! There are services at 9:00 and 10:45.
