Our Wedding

Our story is one of predestine. The circumstances were so random, even impossible in some ways. It’s a true testament to God always having a plan and having the final say. We were both in a place in our lives where we had given up on the idea of marriage or finding our soulmates, but God had other plans…. Just over two years ago Bianca was prepared to move to Florida. Everything was planned, packed and she was ready to go. The night before her move she was overcome with fear and began to question if Florida was the best place for her kids and her. She spent the night praying and searching for the best place to start over with her kids. To even her surprise, and after extensive research she decided on Maine. She intended to move to southern Maine, but had difficulty finding a rental so she ended up in Auburn Maine instead. As luck would have it, she found employment at the same place as Ian. Ian was living in Lewiston Maine (10 mins from Bianca). He was happy with the life he built, a beautiful home, a thriving career, a close group of friends and regular recreational activities. His life had a nice balance but the one thing he was missing was a life partner. He envisioned that a life partner would be a friend, a true partner, and a passionate, genuine person, who he could enjoy life with. He had all but given up on the idea when Bianca walked into a meeting a work, and they laid eyes on each other for the first time.&nbsp;&nbsp; There was electricity when they first saw each other but months passed before they met again. Their first exchange was so natural, so welcoming and from there they both found ways to interact again. Ian scheduled trainings at times unnecessarily, and Bianca requested help to hook up a HDMI cord needlessly. They both were being led by a need to see each other again. They were drawn to each other by a force that was beyond them, four months later they went on their first date. What followed were sunsets, long conversations, discovering similarities, and learning that each day we desired to be near each other more than the day before. From that point on there was no turning back. Within a month they knew that their connection was special. Everything about them was unique and special. The first time they said I love you, Ian said to Bianca “You madly me, don’t you”? Bianca replied, “So what, you madly me too” and Ian replied, “I do”. Their bond was like no other, it was as if they had known each other for a thousand years. We both desired exactly what the other person was naturally. Everything fit so well it was almost scary.&nbsp;There is truth to the idea of a soul mate. They found that in each other.&nbsp;They complete and balance each other so well. Apart they are good but together they are magical. They knew without a shadow of doubt that they wanted to be together forever, 7 months later they were engaged. When we least expected it, we found true love. Love has completed us. We would like to declare that love and make promises to each other in front of&nbsp;God, our family and closest friends on August 31st 2024.&nbsp;Thank you for being a part of our special day.&nbsp;

We are excited to strengthen our bond through marriage and are very thankful to have our family and closest friends attend. As we enter our journey, we realize how important making memories and spending time together truly is. In place of a typical registry, we welcome guest to contribute to the honeymoon of our dreams. We are excited to share our special day with you, and we also look forward to providing glimpses into our honeymoon adventure when we return. Thank you!

Teague Wedding Block rates are discounted to $159.00 per room. You can choose one king size bed or two queen size beds. If you click on the website link it should take you right to our wedding block booking page. You can reserve for 8/30/24 or 8/31/24 depending on when you plan to arrive. This is the hotel where the reception is being held. Please reach out to us if you have questions or need help to book. * We are aware that some people were having a hard time booking for Friday night. Located behind the Hilton Garden Inn near the Great Falls of the Androscoggin River, the trail crosses the street at the intersection of Court and Main Street in Auburn and continues behind Festival Plaza. The path meanders by the Androscoggin River and provides beautiful views of the Twin Cities, gardens, outdoor art, and benches. The trail splits and you can either follow it to Bonney Park or to the Lewiston side via the railroad trestle, which spills into Lewiston's Railroad Park.&nbsp;
