The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There are covered areas for us to move the celebration if weather conditions happen to change. Evenings are chilly in Newport, so we recommend bringing a jacket.

Roamin' Pizza Chariot will be serving their wood fired pizza. Options will include Margherita, BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni, Cheese, Meat Lovers, and Canadian Bacon. Gluten free options will be available.

In the marked lot at Quail Run Ranch.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Semi-formal attire sounds great to us! There is no official dress code or color scheme. Be aware that Northern Washington in September can be warm during the day but quite chilly in the evenings so please plan your outfits accordingly.
