When should I RSVP by?
August 5, 2025.
The very last day to RSVP is August 12th, 2025. We must do a headcount by then to provide to the Sportsman's Club.
If we haven't heard from you by then, we shall assume that you will decline the invitation and we will miss you.
Are kids welcomed?
Unfortunately, no. We're keeping it adult-only. The only kids here will be my nephews, who were involved in the wedding ceremony. They are free to leave after dinner is over with.

Will the Ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will occur indoors; in the Summer Sanctuary at the Church.
Can I bring a plus one?
Only if your invitation was addressed with a "Guest" on your invitation envelope.
Will there be dancing?
Yes!! We will have a "LIVE BAND" playing!! The band is called The Just Us Band.
Is there going to be parking for the Ceremony and the Reception?
There is limited parking for the Ceremony location, but there is off-street parking available. Please arrive early if you need reasonable parking accommodations.
There is also parking available for the Reception in the front, but if there is no room, there will be some extra room out back between the trees in the grass made available.
I will try to ensure there is signage to show where to park for the Reception.
Is there going to be alcohol at the Reception?
No.
Due to the Groom having been sober for 15 + years, we’ve decided to have a cash bar instead of an open bar. We just ask you to drink responsibly & know your limit. Thank you! ❤️😎
What time should I/We arrive for The Wedding Ceremony?
We advise guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early before our ceremony. Once the Procession begins, any late guests will be asked to wait to enter until after the procession has finished and the Pastor has started his Welcome Message.
Can I take pictures throughout The Wedding Ceremony?
To ensure we are fully present, we will have an "unplugged" ceremony. Please turn off or silence your cell phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and would happily send you any pictures upon request. During Social hour & the reception, please take as many pictures as possible.
Are there any colors that I should avoid?
We kindly ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, & creams.

Do you have a Wedding Registry anywhere?
No, we do not. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, we have set up a cash registry on our wedding website on The Knot.
There will also be a gift and card table available at the reception.

How do I/We RSVP?
Either by mail or through the RSVP tool on the wedding website's home screen. The RSVP tool will be turned on once the invitations are sent out.
It’ll also be helpful if you send back the RSVP from the invitation as well for a paper trail. So that I can make sure everyone has RSVP.
What's the dress code?
The dress code for both the Ceremony and the Reception is Cocktail. A semi-formal dress code that's dressier than business casual but not as fancy as black-tie. It's a balance between formal and casual, and elegant and comfortable.
Is both Wedding Venues wheelchair accessible?
Yes, they are!
The Church is accessible on the West Ave side (there will be a ramp). And the Reception is one level completely.

Will I/We be provided a map to the Wedding Ceremony/Reception?
Yes.
I’m planning on providing a map to those who request one & also who live further out (if requested) prior to me sending out the invitations. Just text me to let me know that you need a map to the Ceremony.
Plus at the Ceremony, there will be a map available for you to take to get to the Reception, if needed.
Do you have a QR Code?
Yes we do!
You should have seen one on your Save The Date Postcard & you will see another one on your Invitation.
This will make it easier for you to RSVP back for the Wedding & the Reception. And also, if you have any questions that you may have that you can’t find in the Q&As or if I need to reach you for something.
