Please arrive prior to the ceremony start time of 5:00pm. You will have an opportunity to sign the guest book upon arrival. Note for the ladies: The ceremony will be taking place in the grand lawn which is on flat, grassy ground. Keep this in mind for heels!

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with tray-passed hors d'oeuvres and an open-bar!

Our reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom just steps away from the Grand Lawn where the ceremony takes place. Our venue has ample parking, space for ubers, and is walking distance from some of the Woodinville hotels. There will be an open bar and drinks will be flowing so please plan a safe way to get home should you partake in drinking festivities; we want you to have a good time and a safe night!
