21 Days To Go!

Info

We have taken a couple cruises over the last few years and have had such a great time together.

When we saw that there was an option to get married on embarkation day with friends and family, whether they are sailing off with us or not, we decided that was the way to go!

So.......we will be getting married aboard the Carnival Panorama, before we leave on our 8 day honeymoon.

We are so excited to share this day with our family and close friends.

RSVP by date: 1/15/26

Do all guests have to be going on the cruise?

NO. All Non-sailing guests will be sent a temporary boarding pass a few days prior to the wedding day.

All Guests

ALL GUESTS MUST ARRIVE at the Priority Arrival Time of 9:00 am

Sailing Guests

Are required to bring their identification, travel documents and boarding passes acquired from their Online Check-in.

Documents must be printed and cannot be presented digitally.

Non-Sailing Guests

Boarding passes will be emailed to the guests within 2 days of sailing.

It is the guest’s responsibility to print and bring the boarding pass with them.

Non-Sailing Guests are required to bring a photo I.D.

Documents must be printed and cannot be presented digitally.

How does a Wedding on a cruise ship work?

The whole party will have Priority processing and boarding once customs has cleared the ship. Once onboard (approx. 11am), all guests will be escorted to the Lido deck for lunch while the Bridal party gets ready for the ceremony. After Lunch, guests will be shown to the venue where the ceremony and reception will take place. After the Reception all Non-sailing guests will be escorted off of the ship.

Parking

The parking lot is open as early as 8:00 AM and is located across the street from the terminal.

We strongly encourage the use of rideshare or being dropped off.

If driving is still your preferred method, your experience on embarkation day will be as follows:

Drive to the terminal, where you will drop off luggage and any traveling companions.

While in the car line, you will receive a flyer with directions to the offsite facility and a card to

identify you as a Carnival Panorama guest for entry.

Long Beach Convention Center 680 E. Seaside Way, Long Beach, CA 90802.

Pending on special events at the Convention Center, the port staff might provide directions

to a different off-site parking location.

A team member will check your boarding pass (please keep it in hand).

Parking is US$20, per day (including embarkation and debarkation day), and only card payments

will be accepted upon entry (cash payment is not an option).

Parking accommodations will be in place for guests with mobility limitations.

Complimentary shuttles will bring you to the terminal for embarkation and back at the end of your

cruise.

The last shuttle leaves 30 minutes prior to final boarding time on your boarding pass.

The parking facility cannot accommodate:

o Vehicles higher than 6 feet 6 inches.

o Oversized vehicles (those utilizing more than one parking space).

o Back-to-back guests (those sailing on consecutive voyages), as parking is only available for

the length of a single voyage.
