All day guests will be offered four canopés before the main dinner:Mini honey and mustard glazed sausagesMini tartlet with brie and red onion marmaladeTempura prawnsFalafel bites with hummus For day guests please contact us on birkinshawsincanada@gmail.com by the 1st of April to provide your food choices as seen below: Starters:1) Traditional bruschetta: crostini topped with chopped tomatoes and a basil oil dressing with mozzarellaOR2) Deep fried breaded brie with canberry sauce Mains:1) Traditional roast sirloin of beef with homemade yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and pan gravyOR2) Vegetable ratatouille with crusty breadOR3) Breast of chicken served in a white wine sauce with asparagus on a bed of crushed new potatoes Dessert:1) Hot sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauceOR2) Vanilla cheesecake with a mango coulis For evening guests we will also be providing a 'Build-A-Burger' station

As you will likely already know we have now immigrated to Canada. We are so grateful for your presence at our wedding and do not ask for anything more.
