How They Met:

Indrajit & Arishina met in 2019 in Kolkata via family and dated for 2 years. In 2021, Arishina moved to the United States and the two were married in a small ceremony on April 15th, 2021 at Indrajit’s parents house in Jackson, New Jersey.

Delayed Reception:

3 years is a long time and they swear they weren’t avoiding you… that much. In a nutshell, the global pandemic and a variety of other factors made it impossible for the pair to invite all their loved ones until now.

So what have they been doing this whole time?

Food Network marathons obviously. Kidding.

Indrajit works in analytics for a media agency in New York City. Think Mad Men but more boring. His interests include literature, video games and sports, a die-hard fan of New York’s mediocre teams.

Arishina is an Indian medical graduate currently pursuing her education in the US. Her interests include reading books, exploring new places, listening to music, as well as drawing and painting.

Their mutual interests include traveling, cooking, trying various cuisines, watching shows/movies together and enjoying the great outdoors. They’ve taken trips across the United States to places including Washington DC, Boston, Atlanta, Miami and Los Angeles and have also visited Rome, Florence and Venice on a trip to Italy.

They’re both looking forward to seeing all of their friends and family gather together to celebrate their marriage.
