Is there a hotel accommodation?
Yes, a block of 20 rooms our available at the HomeTown Inn and Suites next to the venue. Call the number listed to reserve a room.
What if all rooms reserved at the Hometown Inn are booked?
There are other hotel options in the area. The Quality Inn and Suites in New Prague is located roughly 15 miles away and will take reservations. Be aware there are no rooms blocked at this hotel and reservations may be limited.
How late is the venue open?
Venue hours are 10AM-11PM. All guests are to be out of the venue by closing time. Hotel accomodations are available across the street for those needing a place to stay.
Is there any seating chart or order to be in?
No. Unless part of the wedding party you can sit and eat/converse at whatever table/area you desire. Household seating will not be implemented.
Is alcohol served at the venue?
Yes, a cash bar will be open from 5PM-10PM.
Will there be easy access and transportation for handicap individuals?
There will be a golf cart available to help transport individuals to the outdoor ceremony site. The venue is also one level and within a few feet of the hotel. Hotel has elevators for use as well.
Where will there be parking?
Parking spaces are available at the venue and more are available at the Hometown Inn next door. City parking is available but city ordinances will have to be followed. Town Days for Belle Plaine will be taking place over the weekend so be aware this may effect parking.
