We’re so excited to welcome you to Dallas for our wedding! While our Saturday wedding celebration will take place at our venue in Red Oak—just about 30 minutes south of Dallas—we’ve arranged two optional, courtesy room blocks at hotels that are centrally located near the city’s main attractions. This way, you can enjoy the best of Dallas during your visit while still being close enough for an easy trip to the wedding. Dallas is served by two major airports—Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL)—both offering convenient access to the city. While rideshares are readily available, renting a car is often the easiest way to get around Dallas and explore all it has to offer during your stay. We’ve secured a special wedding room block starting at $199 per night for two guests or $249 per night for up to four guests. A daily resort fee of $28 (plus tax) applies, but it includes plenty of perks to make your stay both convenient and enjoyable, including 50% off overnight self-parking just for our guests! To reserve your room, the below booking link must be used, and the first night’s payment will be required upfront, with the remaining balance due at check-in. The original deadline of September 8, 2025 has been graciously extended by the hotel to September 14 to lock in this special rate and enjoy all the negotiated benefits!

If you’d like to be in the heart of the city, we’ve arranged a special wedding rate starting at $139/night at a modern hotel located right next to the AT&amp;T Discovery District and close to Dallas’ top downtown attractions. While the hotel’s standard rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently 19.56%) and a $20 daily destination fee, our wedding guests will enjoy exclusive perks: - Destination fee waived - Two Grab &amp; Go breakfast vouchers per room, per day M A credit card is required at booking to secure your reservation, but no payment will be collected until you arrive at the hotel.
