We are so excited to celebrate with you at The Holly Vault this December! The setting is elegant, and we’d love for our guests to dress up and make the evening feel special with us. Formal attire is encouraged: suits and ties, cocktail dresses, long gowns, or anything that feels polished and festive. Black tie is welcome but absolutely not required. Dress in a way that feels elevated and celebratory, and you’ll be perfect!
3:00 PM–4:00 PM
Ceremony
The ceremony will be held in the Pavilion and will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We’d love for you to arrive around 2:30 to get settled, find your seat, and soak in the moment with us. We can’t wait to see your smiling faces as we say “I do!”
4:00 PM–5:30 PM
Cocktail Hour
We are calling it "cocktail hour", but it’s really more like an hour and a half. Since we’ve decided to skip the first look, we’ll be taking all of our photos after the ceremony. Thank you for hanging out and giving us a little time to capture those moments.
In the meantime, enjoy butler-passed appetizers and an open premium bar. Grab a drink, catch up with friends, and settle into the celebration.
5:30 PM–10:45 PM
Reception
After cocktail hour, we’ll head into the Nova Room for dinner, dancing, and all the fun to follow. We'll kick things off with the traditional moments like dinner, toasts, and first dances, and then it’s time to hit the dance floor.
We’ll have a DJ keeping the party going all night and a photo booth set up so you can capture the memories. Get ready for good music, great company, and a night full of fun!
10:45 PM–11:00 PM
The Final Sparkle
Help us end the night on a magical note with a sparkler send-off! Don’t forget to stick around for one last glowing moment before we say goodnight.
